New discovery of good Malay restaurant, I think I will stick to this restaurant whenever I want for Malay dishes. Clean environment, but no aircon, not sure the afternoon, but the night time is chilling. Staffs is good and polite, easy to find carpark, price is reasonable for Setia Alam area (Teh O ais just Rm2.20), food is good and ingredients is fresh. After leaving the 5 years staying of Wangsa Maju long time ago, always try to find a Malay food surround me but failed, most of the time just go to Setia Alam pasar malam tapao Laksa Utara or some Malay food...finally, comes to a place that the food suit my plate. Ordered Nasi goreng USA, only have Beef and egg..(no sausage or others ingredients), but it taste fresh and nice. And the add on the beef tomyam putih, taste just awesome, not over salty, and just right nice the taste. Lots of items in the menu that I never tried before, definitely will come back for those "Berlada items??Asam Pedas items??"not so sure the actual taste. Recommended. (If you stay around the Setia Taipan area, do come and try out their food, kind of nice) Ya, is children friendly, not just children, but also many parents came with their infant babies here.

Restaurant is clean. Variety of dish that you can choose either individual white rice set with various of malay/indonesian cooking style such as masak lemak cili api, asam pedas, goreng berlada, etc. There is also burger & grill stall. Besides normal burger menu, they also offer exotic burger if you don't prefer the rice/noodle in this restaurant.

The restaurant offers a satisfying selection of Malay dishes that truly capture traditional flavors. I started with the nasi goreng ikan masin, which was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The bihun goreng Singapore also impressed, showcasing a delightful balance of taste. I also tried the masak lemak itik salai—the gravy was rich and creamy, but the duck was a bit tough. Perhaps a different protein would be a better choice. My kids ordered an omelette, which was fluffy and well-seasoned, making it a hit. Overall, the food was enjoyable, the prices were reasonable, and the experience was worth it for those seeking authentic Malay cuisine.

Okay, if you re thinking on having malay dishes with an inclination towards southern food. Well this is the right place to go to. Every items served was well prepared . I ve never tried chicken skin , to my surprised it was really crunchy. Same goes with ikan sambal and the masak lemak.mee goreng was too spicy for me.everything else up to my standard. Nice place , good for family or if you re going alone. Parking space ... a lot. Quite easy to find ...recommended.
